Is it possible to change the team names in like the menus and stuff. Like when your selecting your teams? I have been able to change the logos, rosters, arena graphics but I need to change the names of the teams? Is this at all possible?
Yes go get blommans editor, you can edit the names from inside that, exspecially useful if you make a custom and don't want to be seen as the Ambi .....
Blowmans doesnt work to solve it. I have the editor and the rosters work when I change them but the team names stay the same inside the game when Im selecting the teams. Also during game play when the line combos are made it still has the original NHL team...maybe Im not doing something right here, someone fill me in please?
1. Click on the ream you want to change.
2. Click on the tab "Team Whatever"
3. Click on "Language Files" button
4. A window pops up with all the teams.. make you changes in there.
5. Click on save.

Are you in a season? Cuz if you change it while in season mode it won't change.. but if you just play a regular game or start a new season its picked up. Its because when you start a season it uses the rosters that are there at the beginning regardless of any changes made during.
