ok i got a problem.. i don't have a clue why this isn't working this year, im getting so mad

I try to import a jersey and a center ice graphic i made and it goes fubar, smetimes kicking me out of the game, what do i do?

I make a jersey as a BMP like last year, and i import using GFXPAK and the BAT file, but it still does it,, what the hell am i doing wrong?????

can someone please explain to me how you make a graphic addon work? or even what type of graphic file is best when creating a jersey? this makes me so angry im about to flip and return the game, please help
