Having problems with cAnMaN's Toronto Update

Hi there yes i'm a newbie to NHL2003 mods but not a newbie to using mods for other games, anyways i'm having problems with the following mod cAnMaN's Toronto Update i have no idea of how to get it to work as there is no install exe just fsh files and a jpeg, can anyone please give me some assistance on how to get this to work please, thanks.

This site rules, it helped me out with my team canada jersey fix for 2002 to the new Salt Lake City Jerseys as oppossed to Nagano style i just hope someone makes a new patch for 2003 version as they are yet again Nagano style, EA whats with that??? i'm British but living in BC; Canada and i know what the current jerseys look like, need some help there in Burnaby do you???
