I have only recently started creating my own team using NHL view, I deleted the British team to make room for it, and I have already managed to create 7 of them, getting them in the team and such, but for some reason I am unable to create a goalie; when I choose Goaltender in the Position dropbox, the editable Attributes remain the way they are on a skater, and when I click on any of those numbers in the Attributes part, the Position changes back to Center - I tried it consecutively but had the same problem every time. I also tried resetting NHL view + my pc, no luck. I hope there is some other way than to take an existing goalie and edit it?

That's just what I did, if I try to create them in-game the game just crashes so that's a no, the goalie attributes don't just.. become available?

Gee, reinstalled NHL view and now I'm able to create goalies, too. Close the thread.
