I found the jersey I want to change and have it saved in my NHL 2002 main folder. I have opened it with paint and changed it. I then put it back and set up the .bat file, but it won't work. Any ideas?

you need a program called GFXPAK in your nhl2002 folder,i think you can download it from the depot but not sure
