Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Limited Edition

If you guys could please help me out, I'm looking for anything that would help me learn how to use Adobe. What the program provides itself is helpful, and has taught me a few things, but it limits my abilities.

I'm a Newbie when it comes to the whole graphics editing and altering category, so any help would be much appreciated.

while were talkin paint programes,iv had psp 7 for aaaaages but never botherd learning how to use it properly,any1 care to give any links to psp7 tutorials?
