Yammer's right. It really isn't worth it. I figured part of it out myself, and there was also someone who did it for 2004, because the ingame music was compressed in the same manner that year as well.
There's like 50 steps you have to do. You need to clip the song to a certain size, then compress it and make it into an ASF format using a DOS based program. Then, you need to make sure the filesize is exactly the same size as the one as you're replacing - you need a hex editor for that. Then after that you have to import it using a Russian tool with no instructions - and if the file isn't the same size, you have to fix it with a hex editor until it fits.
Then you run the risk of it not even working at all.
On top of that, you need to dub and mix in crowd noises, etc.
Its very time consuming, and for the amount of work involved, not even worth it.
