Dynasty draft/cyber faces
Hey guys, I am wondering if there is aaannnnyyy way I can get rid of the ugly default face that appears on all of the rookies in the Dynasty Mode, also the pads for the goalies.. all of them are white.. anyway I can just give them another goalies gear? Can I even do anything at all when dynasty mode is underway?
ALSO
When I select draft pool before or during Dynasty mode.. there is no body in it.
I also do not have a prospects team to select either 
I can't play with all these ugly Cyber freaks running around with there 53-72 range of skill lol and personality-less goalies haha
thanks for your time guys.. I'm in NHL view 08-09 right now.. so quick reply would be nice! |

change the face numbers to a player that has a face
the draft pool thing. Are you sure, you are in dynasty because if you load the exhibition rosters and not the dynasty rosters, the Draft Pool won't show up

I'm not sure what you mean by changing the face and number and what not.. I think I do tho.
How do I load dynasty and not ex ..pretty sure I have ex in.. db.div or something in NHL09 Folder in my documents

I am not a mod. If I was, I would have moved it and moved all the other threads that were posted in the wrong forum
For Faces:
Load NHL View, Load the Dynasty Rosters and click on the players tab, then click on the identity tab and then change the Photo/Cyberface number to an already existing player. NHL View will have
To load dynasty rosters in NHL View,
you need to make sure that all 3 boxes are checked and have the correct file location.
My Basic NHL View Tutorial linked in my sig will have the correct locations.

oh alright.. my bad.
I went and check out the link.. I think I have everything wrong.. because I don't have a filename.sea folder or file or anything anywhere on my computer. So should I restart? im only half way trew year 2 so it's ok

filename.sea is the season file that you create when you start a new season.
you need to load the filename.dyn as that is the dynasty roster file

post pics of your main game folder, your db folder and your My Documents 09 folder
the dynasty file should be in your My Documents 09 folder and is created when you create your dynasty

Just use Print Screen and paste in Paint and save

you have your db files in your My Documents Folder
db files goes into the db folder
the exhibition files go in the My Documents folder

if you are talking about NHL View
Make sure that you load nhlview.exe not anything else
most things, NHL View hasn't changed but the newer NHL View has features that the older ones don't like the Resource Preview where you can look at Faces, Cyberfaces and PBP/Commentary/Announcer Audio without having to be in the game
Also, make sure you load the correct files in the correct folders as per instructions

What version number am I sappose to have?
Where is the filename.dyn sappose to be?
and I need filename.dyn toload dyn roster and adjust the prospects for the draft?
what is DB.whatver and what the db folder?

1. NHL View should be 6.22
2. According to your pics. Your dynasty name is called New
3. Yes
4. db.viv is the db file and it is located in your db folder
the db folder is in your main game folder (C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NHL09)

OK, I understand what your saying now..
Filename(is what ever I named my season or w.e mod).dyn or w.e I load that to see the rosters for that kk

also...
NHL Veiw..
is there anyway I can give the drafted goilies actual pads instead of white?
and I can't see a lot of the added goelies gear.. like Ondrej Pavelec.. I know his custom stuff is in the game.. but I can't see it on NHL view |
