Futre Modding Tool & Patch Converting

Hello,
I'm new to NHL 08 and wanted to know whether it is possible to use this 09 patchs here for 08?

NHL Depot - Downloads - IIHF Project addon - 190 jerseys mega-pack
and
IIHF Project 09 - Downloads - Breakaway Forums

Do I need to convert it (is that even possible/ how), can I easily use it from 09 to 08 or do I have to create it on my own?

My wish would be an easy-to-use tool with which all possible changes in NHL can be changed in a glance, without being a pro-modder.
For example, a program like Creation Master, only for NHL 08.

It would be great if the files would be played each other with NHL 07 / 08 / 09. Then you could use the same patch in the other games too. One would only save a template to edit in Photoshop, import, done. That would make any easier to make the game according to your wishes. Perhaps there would be fewer crashes too, if you play with other patches.

The rosters won't work but everything else will. All you have to do is install them like normal.

Also, there is a IIHF 11 that was recently released at TBN.

Rosters and scoreclocks for sure won't work for 07 and 08 but everything else is will work fine with just the normal of installing the addons.
