IIHF jerseys

I want to put together a pack of all active IIHF team jersey and rosters.
I'm looking for anyone who wants to help out.

I've already started the Team Great Britain home and away jerseys. They aren't finished and they aren't as good as what other members can do, but I'll do my best.
I'll check out the IIHF website and compile a list of active member nations.

GB logo is slightly smaller, but I can't find a larger image anywhere.

I have been researching jerseys for Japan and France as well. Will post images of those jerseys. Japan's logo is hard to find.

Here is the GB home jersey in development. It's my first go and I'm not enjoying the sleeves.

Here is the list of teams. I am looking for anyone interested in completing jerseys (home and away) as well as rosters to be adapted in NHLView.

Next to the teams are people who have already completed jerseys. If I missed some out, please enter your name if you have completed a team and post some previews. And if you are interested in helping out, put your name down next to a team to develop. I know there are people interested in helping out, and I'd like to set this up as a pack (with the latest jerseys) called Project IIHF.

There are 46 teams listed. I haven't had a chance to go through an see which leagues (to replace) would come close to that size, after eliminating the World Cup of hockey teams. Any suggestions?

And I am am going to revisit Team GB later. I need to start out with something a little easier to ease myself into jerseys.

Here's what I have done lately:

Bulgaria (no numbers + letters)
Estonia (w/ numbers + letters)
Iceland (no numbers + letters)
Lituania (no numbers + letters)
Netherlands (no numbers + letters)

If anybody can get the font these teams are using for both numbers + letters this would help...

As for the rosters, I guess we all should make a decision on how each team should be rated overall...

I am trying to make jerseys for team Slovenia. I am new in creating or I would rather say modifying templates so dont be excited too soon you may not like it. But i am trying...

Am working on the Division III teams.
For team ratings the Championship division (ie. Canada; Russia) tends to be 80+ in overall ratings.
Division 1 teams could be between 50-79? (ie. France; GB; Japan)
Division 2 teams could be between 40-65?
Division3 teams could be between 30-50?
What does everyone else think?

Also, roster issues. If we do a roster update, it must be a full db doesn't it? Or can we update by team only? If so, it would make things easier, otherwise one person will have to do the db. I know you've done rosters for some teams and i have too.

I don't think we can go under 50 for the rosters (maybe I'm mistaking there!?!?!) but isn't 50 the minimum when modifying w/ NHLview???

...We can export players as a .nv2 file and then import them into any database.

dannyduke great jersey. If I'll show the Iceland jersey to my wife, I will get "extra" time to play NHL - cause she don't like it, if I play to much, but on the other hand she is a 100% Iceland fan, so if I will play with Iceland jerseys I will get no "trouble" with my wife. Would be great if you could release the Iceland jersey [replacing a team like Japan, ...].

I made these team Slovenia jerseys. I dont know exactly how the white jersey looks like because they use a couple of them, but the blue is the latest one, so I transformed it into white. Any critics? I am a beginner in this
so I would appreciate if someone would give me an advice, what can I do better.

d4m1r, you shouldn't use McD jersey template for the new international jerseys.

Those jerseys look more realistic because they're a different cut than the standard ones

I also noticed there wasn't any white outline around the logo for the dark jerseys. You should also match the blue of of the logo with the jersey's colour.

also you shouldn't bend the text "slovenija" with Photoshop. Try with Illustrator instead. I'm not very familiar with that program but I know there's a lot of good tutorials over the web to put the text on a circular path...

I attached an example of an example of the jersey to show what I'm talking about...

I hate criticizing other's work but I found it was constructive...right?

The Irish jersey looks good. The logo needs tweeking...only the removal of the hockey sticks behind the logo.

And I have sent an e-mail to the IIHA to find out if there is an away jersey. Hopefully they will reply with images of the 2007.
I wonder if all their games played were home games as they hosted the div 3 championships.

If not...we can infer what it would look like based on how our nations have done with theirs.

Team Fer, are you going to include Greece and Bosnia too? They're doing the qualifiers for Div.III
For the GB jersey, some guy made it and watis has put it in his addon for the custom teams, but to be honest, yours is way much better, for what I can see
