Can someone make me a sig like 'Rico's' Please read...

Hello I was just browsing different sections on the board and I came across this one. I am fairly ok with using adobe photoshop, but not the greatest. Anyway thats not the point, I was wondering if someone can create a sig for me like rico has(with my details, see rico's sig below). Basically I want the background to be exact but instead of the flyer logo I'd like a penguins logo and with my username SolidWing68. Thankyou..Also to whoever made this, can you tell me how you achieved this creation? I'd like to know your tips/tricks/etc

i'll try. hell, i ain't even made myself a new sig for awhile...kinda ironic, i mod this board yet lack a sig

anyway, i'll try. expect something tomorrow afternoon.

just to be safe i'll make ya two versions, one with just a pens logo and the other with caron(if i can ever find a pic...all i can find are headshots)
edit: here's version 1 (logo is from a zephyr hat, i didn't have the regular logos at hand)

jedi that is fine, i like it just like i like the first one that was posted. One question though, can you give me a tutorial on how you created it? I use photoshop but my skills are "limited"..Thanks!

-Found picture of Caron
-Used the pen tool to highlight his head and shoulders
-Resized so it would fit properly
-Pasted, added outer glow, low-ish opacity
-Found a picture of the pens logo
-Expanded in size and pasted below the Caron layer ; Lowered Opacity
-Made the background black
-Expanded the canvas size by 10 px
-Filled the white space in with the gold
-Used the brush tool around the outside
-Used the brush tool around the inside
-Used the pen tool to make the slant line
