while looking for programs so i could do the sig, i learned that you get what ya pay for. since money is an issue, i used some freeware to do this sig...and it's FINALLY been done

so Hurricanes17, your long-awaited sig(i know it looks somewhat suck, but it was the best i could do with the programs i have at my disposal, i'm still learning how to use them)
