Hey guys, as some of you may know from the thread at TBN I will be attending this years EA NHL Community Day event in Vancouver. Its basically an event that they hold yearly (since 05 I believe) for community leaders from various top NHL gaming sites to come in and get a first look at the new game, ask questions, and basically get a feel for what the upcoming title has in store. It will be my first time going, Drezz has asked me to take his spot at the event as he has an upcoming wedding to focus on. So I will be the TBN/NHL Depot representative at the event and as such I want to be able to reflect the questions and concerns of the community.

So if you guys have any questions or things you want me to focus on post them here and I'll try my best to have them addressed. When I come back I'll make a thorough post on the community day and divulge as much as I am allowed about the upcoming game.

My question is: Do 08 will be COMPLETLY NEXT GEN on PC. If not, when all platforms will be equal in term of gameplay, AI and physics, not the graphics. Also for the next gen console, if they they can download other rosters than the the EA ones ?

NHL08 will not be Next Gen for the PC. It will be Current Gen Graphics with Next Gen AI.

You can download rosters from other users that same way as other files using Datel Transfer Kit or other hardware like that for any game.

I have a 360 too, but in terms of modding the PC version its something I'm interested in knowing more about, so if I can get any info on the current gen stuff it would be good to know.
