Well, I have a basic sound card and my computer came with direct 8.0x
After I had the virus, the company I bought it from (Future Shop) fixed it. They also uploaded the newest things like Explorer and so on. They also added direct 8.1x into my system.....and I am blown away. I never really noticed it when making ditties. But in the game itself.....WOW! Its even more clear than before and it just makes the game even better. The checks are louder the shots snap clearer. Its great.
The main reason for this post is if you don't have 8.1x, I strongly suggest that you download it. You are really missing out
