I there a way to to off the salary cap. I ask because I completed my first season in dynasty mode but none of the elite players are with there current teams and can't be signed by any one because they want so much coin that if you sign them you end up over the salary cap

you can use NHL View and increase the lawyer rating I believe and it will increase the cap

That only works to a certain point. My lawyer rating is 5, my NHL pressure rating is 5, yet Crosby, Ovechkin, Thorton, Lecavalier, Heatley etc are all free agents because nobody can afford to sign them. It's ridiculous. There must be a way to turn it off.

then you need to lower the ratings of all players
