Hey all,

I just got NHL 08 as part of the 5 game EA Sports 08 pack but I'm a long time modder with Madden '08 and a member over at the Football-Freaks community for Madden.

Basically, I'm joining up over here because I know that Madden sucks to play in franchise mode without all the add-ons and utilities such as TexMod for uniforms, NZA's editor for fixing progression, importing and exporting rosters, etc. and MadAmp's editor for the training camp utility so I'm hoping to find similiar stuff over here. It seriously can take me 30+ hours to run all the "offseason" utilities (mainly the training camp add-on for all 32 teams) for Madden to keep some level of parity and player development in my 'chise.

I'm from the KC area so I don't have a home town team to root for (although we have the awesome, new Sprint Center just begging for an NHL team to call home). I've mainly followed the Red Wings for my hockey fix.

Any help with finding the right add-ons and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend for first time PNHL 08 it's a large all in one add-on that updates a lot of different things, it's not a bad place to start also just go through the different categories depending on what your looking for like sakic2002 does a really good roster update and Drukta has some great jerseys out there, also what site do u use to mod ur madden games cuz i got 03 and was wondering if there's any mods out there for it.
