:D My game does not work online so I have decided to create an alternative "league" for people who dont wanna play on the net, or cant.
You must have the following things to join the league:
1.MSN messenger
2.A love for hockey
3.A few favourite teams
Rules and Stuff:
1.The draft order will be the order in which you join.
2.Every team will play 2 games a day
3.It will be a "long" season
4.The draft date will be a night suitable for everybody in the league
5.The draft will take place on MSN on the set date
6.If you miss the draft you will not be in the league
7.All transactions, and requested transactions shall be posted here and I will make them in my game.
8. All games will be simulated.
9. Playoff Rounds will take place in the course of 1 day.
10. If I am not available for a day I will post a message, and the games will be postponned to another date.
11. I will post the schedule for the next day, along with the scores from the completed day sometime between 6 and 10 eastern time. Transactions can happen anytime between 11 and 5 eastern time.
12. The season will continue for the 10 years a season has, unless a vote is held to stop the season.
13. A vote is held 2 days after every season.
14. The awards will be posted along with league leaders in various categories, and there will also be a vote for the Coach/GM of the year award and some others 1 day after the season is complete. The off season will be one week long, or shorter/longer upon a later decision.
15. The rookie draft will happen in the middle of the off season.
16. There will be no games played on the date of the trade deadline.
17. A meeting will be held on the trade deadline at a set date, on MSN and all completed transactions will be posted here.
18. After every month/draft/season a complete league roster set will be posted here.
19. Each GM may create one player for their team.
20. Playoff series will be best of 7
21. A few days before the trade deadline a prospects chart will be posted here (this will help weaker teams deal with not throwing away draft picks)
22. The rookie draft will be live on MSN
