NHL 2006 Error Problem

I am trying to re-install nhl 2006

The CD keeps gving me an error at 19% at the audio/speech/audpbpe.big file

It says "problem occurred when trying to transfer file from media"

Any ideas baout this error

I have loaded this game on my PC many times before

Sounds like the disc is shot. Probably too many scratches. Time to upgrade.

Hey

I had the same problem with installing Fifa07

Just copy all folders of NHL06 on your harddrive(on C:\.. whatever) and install it from your harddrive and not from the disc , it takes a few minutes but it works

just try it
