I am currently playing in a Flyers dynasty and I was kinda hoping to get to play with Ryan Parent and even Steve Downie. I was looking around on NHLView a bit and both of their teams are PHI* with the star. So my question is, what does that mean? Does that just mean that they aren't on the active roster but are a prospect? Will I get them next year?

the * means they have been placed in the "minors"
Go to the team the select the tab with Lines. At the bottom of the lines is a tab that says Additional. Click that and there are more players there. Click the player you want and at the top it says "Call Up"
