I know i sound stupid......but, since I have never added a roster before, can some one please HELP ME!!! I can't even get the read me file up!!! |

from readme:
1. copy db.viv to C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NHL08\db XP
or C: \My Documents\NHL08\db Vista
2. copy exhibition.exh and exhibition.exha.tdb
to My Documents\NHL08\
3. copy BHImport08.bat to C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NHL08 XP
or Vista 32 BHImport.bat to My Documents\NHL08\
4. ran BHImport08.bat or Vista 32 BHImport.bat
You need a few more files (genbhnhl, gfxpak,...) in your NHL08 main folder (http://www.nhldepot.net/ndforums/dow...o=file&id=1228) |

I followed the instructions, and I still can't get the game to even start, I only get the first screen p then it crashes, any ideas? |

Rosters are great! Only problem is that for some reason, installing this caused the Vancouver Canucks goal horn to turn into some quick siren...! Can this be fixed? |

thanks for this roster it' great... just one thing...my dynasties crashed...if i start a new one it works great but my old ones don't... what's wrong?? |

Do you have Vista or Windows XP OS? Do you have genbhnhl, gfxpak and ImpBIG tools in your folder with the game? Did you run BHImport after installation?

Try to download and install Phil's goal horns (real gorn horns for all NHL teams).

Because installing any roster affects on your dynasty. You should to start a new one if you want to update rosters. And I can't do anything with it.

After install mine crashed during startup as well, I did all that was mentioned
by ZOSiS buy but still the program will not start. The extra files such as genbhnhl etc. do they go into C:/programfiles/easports/nhl? Also when I run BHImport, does is have to be placed into any specific folder first? Tanks |

the DB file needs to be put into C:Programs/NHL08/Folder/DB.
the exhibition.exh and exhibition.exha.tdb needs to be put into My Documents\NHL08\
genbhnhl,ImpBIG,gfxpak The tools needs to be put into C:Programs/NHL08/Folder
The run Bimport
game will work

I put the run Bimport into the C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NHL08 and ran it from there and it is running fine now? |

EDIT: sorry i did not patch correctely Nhl 08 ands vista start to piss me off all of thos autorisation are a stupid thing that microsoft add and for those who the patch does not works with vista put IMPbig.exe execute with admin thing on it(sorry guy but im a french guy :P) |

I find what is the problem with the vista version of your patch id did midify your bhimport..... for vista and see that you cd is for the nhl 07 version
What to do to fix it is to change the first line of your Vista 32_BHimport07 by rigth click on it and chose modify
put this cd c:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\nhl08
