If you are using newer rosters(summer versions) read this:
Since Barry Brust isn't in the ordinary line up, you have to unhide him.
To do so, use NHL view. Go to transactions, choose Los Angeles and Hidden players.
Then trade Brust to LA and its done. Good Luck!
