Just download the file to my documents or your briefcase or whatever. Unzip it and then view the readme file. Then follow the instructions in the readme file - open the files specified in windows explorer and drag the files you have unzipped to the specified path. It will ask you whether you want to replace the existing files and you answer 'yes'.
After you have installed all the files, go to the main directory of c:\program files\ea sports\nhl 08 and run BH import. Then you should be all done.
