your jersey has lots of potential, you have the colors pretty much done right although the design isn't solid, there is always room for improvement,
I would start out by downloading a template and redrawing your design onto a layer of the template, after that work on cresting of the logos. Make sure you use anti-alias for your lines and use premade logos.
On the other hand there is another perfect solution to your design. With only a few simple steps it will be improved immensely. First Start out by opening your favorite drawing program. Second Go to your toolshed and retrieve a decent sized hammer, if you do not have a hammer to come by, various other tools such as an axe will do the job,. Third Now you have your tool of choice, return to your computer and milk crate desk and repeatedly strike your computer with the hammer. You know your job will be done when you can see sparks flying and you are terribly electrocuted. Finally If you can still read this, you have failed, repeat step 3 and so on .
I mean seriously man, it sucks
