now I am not knockin the addon of the stick.. just the actual stick itself. These composite sticks suck! A friend let me take a shot with his Synergy and I snapped it like a twig. I like to actually know the stick is in my hand when I'm playin hockey. wood or aluminum is my choice. These new sticks break too easily. |

ya i use wood, but the synergy is light, n my friend who uses it is sponsored by easton, so he has like 4 right now.

Personally after using a synergy, I wont use anything else.
