1)St Pats logo should be crested
2)You should reverse the color on the collar and logo to match the home/away so the home jersey should have a white collar with a white lace and away a green collar with a green lace and for the logo home jersey should have ,green name on a white background with green stripes.
3)For the design in the front ,the stop/start/stop/start is very noticable ,it should be one fluid arch.
4)The shoulder patches look very roughly made like you tried to just take them off another jersey and it left a lot of the jersey layer and half the letters look damaged.

I'm the same as you ,i like seeing jerseys like this in my game but i have found from personal experience that people really critique jerseys and if you want to release it for others it should have stitching and nicely crested main and shoulder logo's.

i have forgotten to put the stitching on the previous one and i have reduced the picture so the logo crest wasn't visible.
for the shoulder patch it's also because of the reduction of the picture and the quality of the image isn't very good, i have remade them because the letters were ugly like you said.

i've made some change and this is the result:

Much nicer ,just one small thing ,both collars are green .The one with the white tie up lace should have a matching white collar .

I have changed the design and add a white collar on the green jersey and add stitching on the stripes (see the picture on my upper post)

Now i just have to make helmets, gloves, letters and numbers and it will be ready to upload

dkorolenchuk made a good point about the arch stopping and starting and not being fluid. If any other modders are having trouble with arches, shoulder circles and various things like that, start out creating your shapes in fireworks cs3, then import them into photoshop as a psd file. Fireworks offers tools so it is easier for you to bend lines without the warp tool and have better control over shapes like the shoulder rectangle found on NYR's jerseys or the rounded rectangles found on the NJ Jerseys.
