is there anyone here who knows how to make all of these great mods work for the ps3 system, it would be a dream to be able to update the jerseys and so on for ps3 like you can update it for pc!!

Simply - it's impossible. There's no way to update jerseys for PS3 like for PC. Only thing you can update for next-gen consoles are rosters.
