Here's my take...
1. The lines are real jagged.
2. The logos on the shoulder look out of place, they don't look like uniform logos.
3. The use of that greenish color on the socks, pants, and glove. Where did that come from, it's not a color on the jersey, it shouldn't be anywhere else.
4. Your preview size. Why 800x800? Preview it full size.
5. If your going to edit someone's template, I still don't think it gives you the right to take out their mask layer that identifies the template. You can add stuff to it like your name, but not replace it. That IS where you get the bad rap for stealing people's work, by doing stuff like that.
A few other notes...
I agree about the above glove comment and just so you know, NHL edge jerseys do not have the NHL logo on the lower back of the jersey.
