NHL Ices -by TorontoFire

In this thread I will display all the ices I make. I will release all my ices one by one and hopefully in a pack at the end. All my releases will give you the choice of 2x or 1x and the choice of using the template that Antti and jesse94 used or the one Despro used. This first post will contain all thumbnail links to screenshots and be constantly updated. This will also contain links for you to download all the released ices. Subsequent posts will contain new ices that I make, and those will be tweaked as per any suggestions I receive.

This is my ice for the Nashville Predators at the Sommet Center. The ads are changed from last year, and the centre ice logo is adjusted to represent the new name of the arena. Tell me how it looks, and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Updated x 4 - blurred "Bud Light" ad, shrunk "Ford" ad size, shrunk text size - logo now faces right way, adjusted ad opacity - corrected "Bud Light" ad - added snow layers

This is my ice for the Ottawa Senators at Scotiabank Place/Place Banque Scotia. The difference from last year is that they changed their centre ice logo and removed a couple of ads. I know there are a couple of people who already made some ices for Ottawa, but one doesn't have ads and the other one has the wrong font and weird looking ads. Oh, and credit goes to dr3wb0i for finding the Scotiabank Place font. Tell me how it looks, and suggestions are greatly appreciated. As always, I will release it as 2x and 1x and as using Antti/jesse94's template and Despro's template. This is my ice for the New Jersey Devils at Prudential Center, their new home as of October 27th. The difference from last year is that they changed their centre ice logo to reflect the new arena and changed some ads, most noticeably, the "Inaugural Season" ad (which I made from scratch since I was unable to find in on the Internet). Tell me how it looks, and suggestions are greatly appreciated. As always, I will release it as 2x and 1x and as using Antti/jesse94's template and Despro's template. i usually give a day for people to give suggestions to make it better, so by tomorrow if no one has said anything it will be released, and you're right those and some other are next, then i will start to make ices that haven't changed

There's a (semi) good recreation of Tampa's ice on Tournament of Logos, and the last comment has 2 links to Columbus's ice.

I realize that you are doing NHL ices for this season...however...as some of us here are nostaligic...(spelling sucks)...was wondering if someone could make the final ice seen at the Hartford Civic Center for the Hartford Whalers final game....

If you are planning on (or even thinking of) doing the Hartford ice, the ice for the Quebec Nordiques, Minnesota North Stars and also the Winnipeg Jets would be really cool as well.

just found that on nhl.com they had little clips of TV footage, so i can get photos from there, so that means a lightning and penguins ice coming up

when i try to install any of these ices at 2x for antti's pack i get the following message:

Access is denied.
error: can't open ICE_....fsh for reading
The system cannot find the specified file.

any ideas?

im running vista.

its because when you delete temp files, if doing to at a time, it deletes the ice files. That or try running as an admin

im running vista.

right click and say "Run as Administrator" and make sure you have antti2x.fsh, antti1x.fsh, despro1x.fsh, and despro2x.fsh in you NHL08 directroy
