It's the best cyber for the ingame point of view, very nice!

Although the neck doesn't have the right color, try to make one like you did for the Volchenkov Cyber, use the picture and C+P the neck into it, use the clone tool to create a new neck. With that, you can also blend the outsides of the face better. The rest is great!

i actually took the colour of the neck from the lower portion of the neck in the portrait. Maybe i should have grabbed it from further up closer to the jawline. k man thanx...i'll try and fix that. cheers

How's that? Re-worked the neck quite a bit. Personally i think it looks better, but i'm not entirely sure :/

Looks better, indeed!

Just a small tip on the side, when you want, you can use the stamp tool with a low opacity to get rid of these sites which are everywhere around the neck in the texture. With the help of the Clone tool you can make it more smoother. I hope you understand what I mean.. :D

Agree with Marius, you could use the clone stamp tool to smooth these necks.
