DRutka's NHL Jerseys
In the past, I have always done fantasy type jerseys. Through encouragement by many people here, I have decided to also do actual jerseys. I will be switching back and forth between working on these jerseys and working on my modern / retro jerseys.
When I complete a stitching template to my liking, I will do all the jerseys in that style, then move to the next style. C&C is very welcome, but please do not request a certain team as I will complete these in the order that I get to them.
First up….
I’ll call it the “Ottawa Style” since they are the first to officially release their jerseys in this style.

the white part on the arms seem a little too big.

I know it looks big, but I studied many actual pictures and that part is very dominant, so I made it larger than most. |

that looks really good, i find that it seems hard for people to get the ottawa jersey right... especially the gold color, but this looks really nice.
looking forward to a finished jersey packs of this quality.

Bah. Slow ass. 
Great work. The white on the Ottawa arms are perfect.
The only issue I have is with the Leafs blue - it could stand to be a touch darker, other than that everything appears to be spot on. |

I based in on the NHL.com photo.

Usually what I will do is take a few photos from various games and take an average of the color. Generally some photographers sets are a bit too overexposed and wash out the colors.
