Looks like you got correct mapping for the nhl collar logo. Just make it smaller and this jersey is pretty good.

Thanks to all for all the comments and suggestions. Still trying to get the collar and lace just right. Lot of stretching. No textures added yet. Orange definatley needed to be toned down. Will post some more ingames to ensure the orange is correct once collar is finished.

I think this is ready for release:
Lowered brightness of the orange
Reworked collar, and nhl logo, still stretches some.
Jersey made in 2048 X 2048 pixels/inch.
Crest made in 400 X 400 pixels/Inch.

That's because all they did was C&P the logo directly from the jersey preview from NHL.com

Here's a tip for crests - go to icejerseys.com and select the RBK jersey you're working on.
You will get a flash-based previewer. Zoom into the crest as close as you can get, take a snapshot of it and clean it up. Most of the crests are real, some are photoshopped, but they will save you a lot of time trying to recreate them from scratch.

That looks cool. It was nice of Jason Blake and Ryan Smyth to come back to NYC and model those sweaters for you

Yeah, I called in a personal favor
But for real it was not as simple as C & P.
I imported the crest into Illustrator and traced it in order it convert it to a vector object, which is a pretty tedious task, that allows it to be resized in PS without losing all the pixel and texture quality. I do this for all crests that are in jpg, png, ... format. This worked to a certain extent on a 1024 X 1024 template, but worked better in 2048 X 2048 with a crest size of 400 X 400.

Sounds like a lot of work that was not needed. In my example above showing the 2 crests side by side, I resized the NHL.com image in photoshop to match your crest size. It didn't lose the detail.

How does it look once it is on the template and in game? I tried that to get an idea of what I needed to do and lost a good amount of detail when the crest was resized and placed on the template.

Wow, I guess so, . Pic on the left is redone in Illustrator (NHL.com), on the right is photoshop untouched (icejerseys.com) .....can't tell the difference. It even resizes nicely in photoshop. Thanks all for the suggestions.
