Yeah i agreeˇˇ
I think lowering the yellow triangle part where the NHL logo is would help.
Other then that, its really nice

Why is the gold on the crest brighter than the one under the sleeves?

needs a bit of work.
the gold on the crest is way too overpowering, it needs to be the same gold as what is under the arms. they switch from the glossy "Vegas gold" to a more matte khaki tone this year (still gold but much less pronouned.
the NHL logo on the collar also much be fixed (as stated above).
they wear a patch this year that says "pittsburgh 250" comemorating the 250th anniversary of the city.
lastly, make the crest a bit larger. it is very large on this years jersey.
the numbers are also a bit bolder too this year.
keep up the good work. im just trying to help ya out.

here's what you missing.
Brighten/shinify the gold (it's the same shiny material as last year only larger sections) and lower the collar and it's golden(oops bad pun)
does anyone have the flying superman Pflex of the phantoms?? I hate the fact that EA is the only place I've seen it on the web..

Outside of vjx67's advice, your jersey looks very sharp. After all those adjustments, I truly believe it would be perfect. I know I'm quite late in posting this as it is quite possible you might have the add-on released by now, but I'm having to play catch-up with all the threads since the season started.
I second it... keep up the nice work.

read the thread
when i took a peak at the jersey design at nhluniforms.com i noticed that the jersey has some major faults. i might have to redo the entire jersey.
