Stitching How to's: How's this coming??

So before I start making custom shading to go with my Ahl/nhl edge temp, I want some imput on what I should do concerning this:

Flyers/Phantoms/Thrashers template, should I make it more pronounced, back it off, make it more wider?? Being a noob at designing things from scratch I want to get this going right before I get the shading down. Suprisingly that's the easy part to me. I know there's a few methods for making the layers. Should I go straight screening stitching layer then straight multiply, or should I just leave the layers multiled easilt tunable. Sorry for the questions but as I learned trying to do goalie temsp everyone has their own styles.

Well you could also just use a grey line then past the settings from Mcd's auto stiching in his temps.

I actually just copy McD's stitch...cause it's just awesome...

we say I'm drawing a line in the main folder in PS...then I press "Ctrl"+right click on the mouse so I get a marque on that line...then I go up to the lightning and shading folders...goes to the stitching layers, painting with the brush tool in both layers so I get the stitching...did you understand?? If not, I will try to make a tutorial tomorrow

Jimbo, try to use the Layer Style of McD's Rbk Stitching in his template. You just have to create a new layer with a line on 1px with the color #7f7f7f and then copy the layer style of McD to your layer it the stitching will look awesome.
