Thumbs up

Yammer, I think you've worked hard. Yes, we can see it's a WIP. Most people are giving you Constructive Criticism, which isn't just for Rookies. Everybody can use CC to become even better. You are clearly talented. Just take it as people helping you to be even better. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, I was not disrespectful to you at all Yammer. So there was no reason for you to go and get all pissed off at me.

nice so far.. a couple of things though.. the collar as someone mentioned, the missing white crest outline on the red jersey. The red used by the caps is PANTONE 186C, fill a 512x512 image with that color and put it next to the template and try to get the red jersey color to match the red image. I think the white arm stripe isn't supposed to meet the collar, but end somewhere near the arm stitching. Also don't forget the cuff stripe seen here:

how can u say that

YOU scare addon makers away!!! Im not long here, but i can see that in almost every thread people point out suggestions and the makers try to use them to make the addon better.......and people are happy that the suggestions are pointed out.....but thats not your way of dealing with stuff yammer i guess.......other then that, the WAS and EDM jerseys look good.
peace

4- I am not frustrated. There are some people here who will tell you that if I'm frustrated its not pretty.

Ok. Was this necessary?

1 - First of all, no need to get in James face. I don't think he was trying to be condescending. He's obviously new, so he REALLY doesn't know who he's talking to. If you're gonna talk about others being disrespectful, you need to examine your own comments. Again. You can talk about how 'this is who I am' or 'I'm having a bad day' all you want, but you keep getting caught in the same trap over and over. People WANT to see you **** up so they can jump all over you. This is why Depot needed to change - it was always the same bullshit for the same reasons, and we weren't going anywhere and you weren't getting any respect.

You were doing well, and still are - but every step you put forward, lashing out because you can't take criticism puts you back two steps.

2 - I can understand your frustrations with your jerseys being WIP and people not paying attention. This is what happens when you post incomplete work. Captain obvious will appear and make a comment about something unfinished without paying attention - its the nature of stupidity. When you think it won't happen, it usually does. Knowing that, you just have to move on and select the good parts of the post, nevermind the dumbassery in it. Assume most people are dumb - find the smart in their posts.

3 - Criticism is NOT for rookies. You're a rookie if you think so. No one is the best at anything, and if you hang your work out there, someone will always find a flaw in it because there's no such thing as perfection. This is why you show previews, to find glaring issues and if there's anything that is wrong or displeasing to the eye - the mob will definitely find it. If you don't have the thick skin to take it, than forget it - you're not cut out to have your work critiqued - so don't bother posting previews without expecting criticism - good or bad. You can't expect everything you do to be a crowd pleaser - hell, I bomb quite often when I make stuff. Its part of the game. Deal with it.

4 - You say you're not frustrated - so we can call this a tantrum I guess.

And blowing up and going on the offensive doesn't scare people away? Like I said before - people antagonize you because they want you to explode, and you never fail to disappoint. You're extremely predictable, and sure this is your "home turf" and you feel like you can go off because you have to stand up for yourself - but realize that it does more damage to your image and the image of the site as a whole, since you were a part of it for so long.

This is a perfect example of what I was trying to show you when you were asked to step down. People don't want the drama, nor do they want to be around you because at any given moment if something doesn't go your way, you freak out. Instead of dealing with it, you give a million reasons justifying why you can blow up instead of just leaving it behind. I said it countless times.

They wait for you to blow up, and you haven't failed them yet. When is it going to end?

Is this package going to be finished/released or what? I'm looking forward to it.

work was crazy last week. We had days of 34C and higher to work in while trying to finish a site up.
I'm hoping I'll have some time this week to just work on the logo some more so I don't get anymore comments about how its wrong even though its a WIP
