You have too many elbow stitching designs visible. The cresting is good, IMO it would look better if some of the stitching on it went a seperate direction.

On the Seals green jersey, to make it right, the collar should be white not tan and the bottom around the waist should have a 2 1/2" to 3" white border. The logo ratio looks a little small, but close enough. The authentics had a horizontal radius aound 12", a few inches wider than the collar on each side.
