Now that I look at it I kinda hate the job I did on the cresting as well, I should have made the noise layer on the logo about 25%, its set at 65% on that one, You'll see the difference in the Pheonix jersey that is coming up

The Edmonton one looks the best out of all of those. In all the other ones the logo's have too much noise or the logo looks like it was just stuck on a plain jersey.
But yeah, really good work, better than i could ever do.
