IHL for 2002... need input

Okay well I was really bored at work and had time and a nice new laptop to play with.... so I decided to see about overwriting my nhl 2002 by bringing back a 30 team IHL league.... Now I have some ideas for teams but was thinking I'd see who had any ideas as to where a team might or they think should go.... keeping in mind I was planning on leaving out the originals that jumped to the AHL, in some cases giving them a team but a new one...

Any ideas for places for either east or west???

why you would want to use nhl 2002 is beyond me you can get nhl 2004 for 10 bucks anywhere and it is 1000x better than 02 specilly for modes

Exactly

Tope thanks and that is exactly it... I have 2004 and hate it... the controls were changed and suck... AND more importantly 2002 is really a whole lot easier to mod. Just more playable and easier to mod which is far more enjoyable.

Personnaly. I think NHL 2002 was a good NHL and was one of my favorite. The gameplay was good and simle to use. #3 in my top NHL's top 10.

Tope thanks and added ya... once I figure out the teams and all will have a better go doing some up.... the one thing I really don't know how to do at all is the front end logos and such... have no clue how the AHL guys modded those or how to do them... pogs and gui's and such no probs though...

Have to agree the controls were still easy to use and graphics while improved in later versions also became a total pain to mod as well so that I think was a tradeoff and one I don't mind at all... AI could be better but isn't that bad and the game is enjoyable... I think it comes down to personal preference so...

Okay went over things and came up with the following for teams and such... anyone has any other ideas for teams or would like to see a different place or one in there tell me and can see about replacing...

EAST

St. John Aces
St. John's Storm
Halifax Winter Hawks
Toronto Toros
Orlando Solar Bears
Detroit Vipers
Cleveland Lumberjacks
Adirondak Frostbite
Atlanta Knights
Quebec Rafales
Indianapolis Ice
Louisville Rebels
Columbus Owls
Albany Choppers
Cincinnati Cyclones

WEST

I began playing with the jerseys today and have the home seals one done as best I can get and will do up the away and 3rd and post pics when I can... starting this anyways slowly but surely. Wedding stuff right now interferes with some time doing it but....
