Dynasty Editor doesn't open!
When I try to open Dyn editor I get a failed to (0xc000135) error

1. Make sure you have the .Net Framework installed
2. Make sure you have the visual basic runtimes installed.

any way you can make one for 2005? I didnt notice at 1st but I have shootouts on for the OT option, now Im 25 games in and dont want to start over.
