Downloads: A new file has been added by watis:

ChampionsHockeyLeague Season

correct CHL schedule with 4 groups isn`t possible but
play with all 12 CHL teams, every team has 22 games,
Top 8 reach the PlayOffs (Best of Three)

Installation:
You need BvH NHL09 roster
-move both CHL files to C:\My Documents\NHL09\db
-start the game
-choose season (Elitserien), load the CHL file
-choose your team(s), i select all 12 teams
