JB's Realistic NHL08 gameplay&rosters v4.06.10
This is my 4th release for NHL08. In this version NHL players' attributes are all changed and team lines are all updated. In AI there's just minor changes in passing and checking.
The gameplay is realistic and the CPU is now harder to beat.
Gameplay is faster and CPU defends much better.
Changes to roster:
- NHL all 100% done with minor players. (salaries, contracts, attributes etc.)
- Eastern and Western all-star team rosters are 100% correct. (Fantasy World And NA teams included)
- AHL 100% done. New players created including some ECHL players.
- Some 2008 draft pick prospects are made in the Placeholders slot with NHLVIEW.
You can put them in your dynasty to the draft pool slot with NHLVIEW. Then you can use them in the 2008 draft pick. (Remember to backup your files!)
- SM-Liiga all 100% done with all players, juniors and real schedule 07-08. (salaries, contracts, attributes etc.). Compatible with Finnish hockey revolution - mod (

- World Championship rosters 100% done. Players, numbers, attributes etc
- Other national teams will be updated some day, including Hungary and England (sorry for some people). Elitserien, DEL and Extraliga may be coming up somewhere in the future.
- And in july/august there will be updated next year's rosters and transactions etc.
Instructions:
* Copy db.viv and tuning.viv to X:\...\NHL08\db (XP) or C: \My Documents\NHL08\db (Vista)
* Copy exhibition.exh and exhibition.exha.tdb to My Documents\NHL08
* Copy BHImport08.bat to x:\...\NHL08 (XP) (or Vista 32 BHImport.bat to C: \My Documents\NHL08 (Vista))
* Put the aidata.viv file to NHL08\gamedata - folder
* Put the fmisc.viv file to MHL08\preload - folder
* Run BHImport08.bat (or Vista 32 BHImport.bat)
* In the game put the gameplay settings to difficult (recommended) and put the gameplay settings to default
* Put the hero rating off and penalties to 4/5. Use 5 (recommended) or 10 min periods.
* Remember to put your own sound and display options.
